A deeeeeeeep, soulful, techy house track that is infectious "You Got Me Spinning" is the result of blending sweet soulful vocals with a gritty techy texture resulting in a cutting edge track. This beat is banging heads and shaking hips in a serious way. Dawn's use of poetic phrasing combined with her deadly sense of melody and harmony makes her a force to be reckoned with.
Included on this release are two remixes, "4 To Floor" and "Soultech Dub" two extremely different takes on "You Got Me Spinning". The "4 To Floor" remix adds congas and cowbell to this classic house groove making it an instant favourite. "Soultech Dub" uses a lush pad line, banging out a track meant for straight housers and underground house heads. These tracks are raw, soulful, and banging which is what Deep Culture is all about.
